TO ALL OUR VALUED CLIENTS
This is to inform you that Custom Smiles Dental Laboratory is open and can accept your cases. At the moment we are only utilizing shipping as the method to send and receive cases from you. If you should have an urgent need please contact us to see if additional logistical arrangements can be made.
Should your office need to send a case to our lab, click on the tab “Delivery Options”. On this page you will see our USPS business reply labels, please print this label and send us the case via USPS (United States Postal Service).
All cases being shipped to your office will be done via UPS ground. Prior to shipping your case we will contact your office to confirm that you are open. In the event your office is not open, cases will be put on hold until you contact us.
